After a hectic few weeks of work, I decided to take up my getaway nights plus unwind at our cottage in the mountains.
I was planning on being completely split off from my ‘busy’ world since there was no cell reception in the cottage.
I was to spend the long holiday weekend up at the cottage. It had been a truly busy Winter for me plus though all the people in my circle were busy, I decided to do this trip solo. I was not truly anxious about warmth as the cottage was fitted with a gas furnace plus an electric heater. It also had an extra radiant heating system in case of emergencies. The weather conditions control used was high tech plus I was able to regulate the temperature even before I got to the premises, then when I got to the cottage, I was welcomed in by the warmth within the house. The indoor air cleaning plan had a current a/c filter that ensured air within the cottage was fresh plus clean. The a/c rep had done a current cooling install a few nights before I came plus he had also completed the boiler repair after he performed a thorough quality A/C service. My first evening at the cottage, there was a snowstorm that put out the power, burning the heating device. I was in the dark plus cold, I luckily found an ancient oil heating system that I used for warmth. Because there was no cell reception, I could not call the heating business to send a tech who knew more about Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C systems than I did. I survived the evening plus in the day, I managed to drive up to the neighbor who was an experienced heating representative.
