I’ve been a realtor for years now, plus let myself and others tell you, 1 of the worst kinds of people to help with purchasing a condo are people who are certified Heating plus A/C workers. These people are the pickiest sorts of people on earth when it comes to the heating plus cooling systems in their current homes. They literally cannot be gratified when it comes to an Heating plus A/C system in a house. Hardly any of weeks ago, I was helping this Heating plus A/C worker plus his fiance find a current lake condo plus I took them to see a brand current construction lake condo with an amazing Heating plus A/C system. This stadium had a brand current high efficiency heating plus cooling system with a deluxe gas fireplace plus a whole lake condo air cleaner built in to run with the heating plus cooling system. I thought that the Heating plus A/C worker I showed it to would be impressed with this stadium for sure. It seemed to myself and others that it would be the perfect lake condo for them, but he didn’t even bat an eye when he said that it wasn’t fine enough for them. He wanted a condo with a wood burning fireplace plus with radiant heated flooring instead. I almost rolled my eyes at him, even though I tried to remain professional. I don’t assume if these people are ever going to be able to find a condo at this rate!
