Working out has not legitimately been our strong suit.
It’s not as though I’m not athletic or don’t enjoy being active.
I just would rather have that be our exercise instead of going to a gym. The gym experience has not appealed to me on a number of levels. First, I just didn’t love working out around a bunch of people that I didn’t know. And, I was always waiting for machines or whatever. It was a hassle & uncomfortable feeling. The discomfort was also physical due to the fact that the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C was never legitimately getting it done. I don’t guess if it wasn’t respectfully rated for the volume of the space or what. But the gym just felt so hot & humid all the time. I could just walk in there & start dripping with sweat front the lack of Heating, Ventilation, & A/C cooling. Yet, it was clear that I had to do more exercising than swinging a golf club periodically. So our wifey & I decided to put in a lake home gym in our basement. It didn’t take us very long to round up the component at a bargain. There is just so much out there used however in good shape. And on average, every one of us paid about half what they cost new. However, the space where the gym went in needed some help. Specifically, it needed the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C help the commercial gym didn’t have. My wifey & I wanted to be comfortable however our basement wasn’t finished so there were no Heating, Ventilation, & A/C vents. But the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C boys solved that real quick with a ductless Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit. Now every one of us are working out respectfully & in Heating, Ventilation, & A/C comfort as well.
