She has a degree in business plus works for an advertising dealer! Unfortunately, the girl is the only child of the owner. The whole venue is going to suffer when the contractor changes hands. It’s tough to have an owner operator that doesn’t recognize the first thing about cooling systems plus furnaces. I absolutely wish I would have taken the job with the commercial boiler service dealer.
