Every one of us ended up buying this condo sight unseen early last year, which seems to be a completely bonkers thing to do when I say it out loud. I don’t believe anyone else who has ever done something such as that, but we simply had to do it. Every one of us were going to be moving across the country for my partner to start a more current task plus we didn’t entirely have the time to go out there plus condo hunting before our big move. Every one of us found a condo online plus the realtor that we talked to told us that it had nearly everything that we wanted. Every one of us wanted at least more than 2 spare rooms, a basement, a wood burning fireplace, plus a highly efficient heating plus cooling system. This condo had all of those things plus even more. It also had some radiant heated flooring in the master dining room plus the powder rooms. I had never before heard about radiant heated flooring before, but once we bought the condo plus got moved in, that radiant heated flooring became my preferred thing! I care about the wood burning fireplace hearth too, but radiant heated flooring is amazing. I care about to be able to walk around barefoot through the middle of Wintertide when the hot plus cold temperatures outside are freezing chilly. I believe that we didn’t have that on the list when we were condo hunting online, but if I only knew back then what I believe now, I would have honestly put that on the list too. I can’t suppose the luck we ended up getting by discovering this house. It was an honestly risky move, but I’m glad that we bought it.
