We all had quite a disturbance in my village the other week, then there was a big explosion sound that every one of us all thought was a house blowing up! We all were not positive about what happened since there was no smoke or fire, however and also all houses seemed to be one hundred percent intact, and it turned out that my neighbor’s hot water boiler exploded in his basement! Lucky for him no a single was down there when it happened plus no a single was hurt, then his basement was flooded though plus had tons of debris of the remains from the hot water boiler.
There had to be a mini river in his basement as a result of just that.
The neighborhood had to be called to patch some things up. Then a special clean up supplier had to be called to clean up the river in the basement and the remnants of the hot water boiler pieces. It was a genuinely close call all together, however my neighbor had said that he should have gotten rid of that hot water boiler years ago, however it was just too lazy plus cheap to do so. However at this point he had no choice. He said he is now going to get central heating plus an air conditioner in his house like most people else have. At least with central heating plus air conditioner you will never have to worry about something extremely tragic and life risking happening like this! But at the same time, if my neighbor had paid attention to the pressure gage on the hot water boiler he could have avoided the explosion all together.
