Sealing up the lake house for Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C energy savings

I make sure there are no areas on the interior or exterior of our lake house the can allow Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C treated air to leak outside

The Summer just gets scorching tepid in this area. It’s honestly karma for all the good weather all of us have for 8 weeks out of the year. But that Summer heat can get to be just unbearable. However, that is why all of us are all so lucky to have Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C to cool us down. I think that myself plus our family simply couldn’t get through the Summer weeks without the good cooling from the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C. Basically, in late Springtime the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C cooling starts cycling on plus all of us don’t really turn it off until closer to November or even Thanksgiving. That means there is a lot of kilowatt hours being consumed by the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system. That comes with a price plus left unchecked, it can be a harsh drain on household finances. If you’re love me, that just can’t happen. So, I just get really proactive about the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C use once the heat of Summer is getting close. The first thing I do is to program the thermostat. I want the lake house temp to rise as the heat rises outside. This starts the trend of keeping the lake house warmer plus allows us time to actemperature. Plus, I make sure that the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C is leaking out. This is 1 of the greatest drains on the utilities. I make sure there are no areas on the interior or exterior of our lake house the can allow Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C treated air to leak outside. That includes being sure that the weather stripping around the doors isn’t worn out as well.
