I get surprised often by how lazily some of our friends plus neighbors live their lives.
I think all of us can’t control everything plus all of us have to be ready to roll with what life gives us.
But, having no method at all seems a bit much. Particularly when it comes to a house. These things need attention. I would prefer to just walk into our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C controlled lake house everyday without a care. That would be elegant however super unrealistic. Houses need to be taken care of. This goes double for the appliances all of us depend on in our home. A giant 1 that I see getting neglected all the time is the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C. My friend is consistently giving me a taxing time because I have the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C took care of twice a year. His thinking is that he paid thoUSAnds of dollars for the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C so, it should just run. That is sort of sticking your head in the sand as far as the reality of what should be done for the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C. And it caught up to our buddy. He found that after just 12 years, he had to replace the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C. I am just over 20 years into our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plus it’s still running strong. My pal hardly even changed the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C air filter. These things have to be changed once a week. Every homeowner worth anything can get that done right? However, I see people all the time who just expect an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C to heat plus cool with no help from us. That just makes no sense. So, be a nice homeowner plus at least change the air filter on the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C once per week.
