The Land of Opportunity and My Cleaning Company

A few years ago, my uncle and I started a cleaning company.

My uncle needed to gain currency from condo and I hated my job.

The people I was with and I talked about a lot of businesses we could start, ultimately decided to start a cleaning company. My brother and I cut all of the tasks and worked at night in the beginning. It took some time to option up tasks and find good customers. The people I was with and I had to charge minimal rates in the beginning. After what seemed like forever, all of us picked up our first commercial cleaning client. The people I was with and I had to buy a commercial grade vacuum cleaner and all of us had to hire one more guy to help out. The commercial cleaning customer was a multiple story office building with twenty offices on each floor! Each week, my brother and I took care of the building. The people I was with and I emptied the garbage cans, dusted, and cleaned the bathrooms and floors. Business was moving right along. Eventually all of us picked up more clients and our small company saw better financials. In fact, the contractor was so fantastic that my brother and I decided to grow our small cleaning company even more. Some of our major clients were asking us about flooring services, so we forked out the dough for a carpet cleaning machine. It’s small and portable but powerful enough to clean up any spill or mess. As soon as all of us started advertising carpet cleaning services,we got a lot more business. I never anticipated so much happiness from people about us offering carpet and flooring services. Now all of us can offer a full indoor cleaning contract that includes carpets, grout, and tile floors. It is an exciting time to work a small business.
