Ten years ago, I decided to take the risk and open a janitorial service.
Most of our clients are commercial office building residents, but we also service a few residential clients as well. I worked as a hotel maid for ages. I never got a raise and I constantly had to worry about task security. The hotel was always being bought and sold and every year was a concern after problem. Then I crashed my car and lost my task. I was out of task for six months, but luckily, the insurance company settled the claim and I was okay. I ended up with enough currency to decide to open my own janitorial maintenance and cleaning company, cleaning is area of my DNA, and I knew I could be successful working for myself. I only had many employees for quite a while. I worked hard all day and spent six or multiple days cleaning apartments, office buildings, and anywhere anyone would hire me. The biggest expense for our company has constantly been cleaning chemicals. I have been ordering our cleaning chemicals from the same company since I started my cleaning business. I recently found a new company that is saving me quite a bit of my overhead costs. The people I was with and I have to option up all of our chemicals and cleaning supplies, however all of us save at least fifteen percent on each bottle we buy. With those savings, I have decided to get a new tile and grout cleaning machine. I have been wanting to get the machine for 6 months. The people I was with and I already offer floor cleaning services, but with each job, we have had to rent the tile and grout cleaning machine. I am taking the money I am no longer spending on cleaning supplies and getting the tile and grout cleaning machine.
