I am already a very moody person, so it doesn’t help when things don’t go well for me.
For example, I almost lost it when the cooling system in my car stopped working last summer! I was telling everybody at work and one of my co-workers told me that the fix was fairly simple. I still wanted to take my car to an auto mechanic, but my co-worker insisted that I just get the refrigerant refill kit. He actually went with me to the auto parts store and helped me do it. It really was a lot easier than I imagined it would be and my cooling system works great in my car now. Of course things got worse later on. I would have hoped that my air conditioner at home would have made it through the remainder of the summer, but no, it had to give out on me in August! So that was an expensive repair bill I got from my local HVAC company. It made me mad too because I didn’t even need to use the A/C for very much longer and then I had to get my heating system tuned up shortly after! I hate when I have to spend so much money on things like my heating and cooling systems, especially in a short time frame like that. I am not made of money! When I was talking to my brother about these things, he told me that I should be enrolled in an HVAC system maintenance plan. I’m not sure if I want to be in some contract where I have no choice but to pay the HVAC company, but he tells me I can save a lot of money this way. I will think about it.
