service sure isn't prompt

I was surprisingly told they didn’t have anyone busy for the service on the a/c.

I called the Heating and A/C company on a Wednesday afternoon because my a/c component broke. It was kind of funny because at that time he had told me he couldn’t be there over the weekend, so fittingly, I kind of thought he would be there like he said. I had my partner buy a cheap window a/c for the afternoon because every one of us were planning on continuing and having a birthday party that afternoon for our 5 year old stepson. The two of us went ahead plus had a birthday party thanks to the helpful window a/c my partner had borrowed. Tuesday was a bit touchy when every one of us had tons of family over. The two of us all had to stay in 1 room of the entire condo because it was the only room that was cool enough. By later that week, Wednesday, I still hadn’t heard anything from the Heating and A/C corporation who I hired. I called the Heating and A/C company plus asked what was going on and when they were going to show up to service my a/c. I was surprisingly told they didn’t have anyone busy for the service on the a/c. He said the receptionist had thought I was just inquiring since I didn’t ask for a service call to be scheduled immediately. He was very nice about it plus he offered to schedule a real service call for the a/c, right at the moment. He had someone in our hot and humid condo within several hours plus he even apologized for the misunderstanding.
