I called the Heating and A/C company on a Monday because my current air conditioning unit broke.

It was kind of funny that day because he had told myself and others he couldn’t be there sometime over the weekend, so I kind of thought he would be there on the weekend.

I had my partner buy a window air conditioning unit for the single afternoon because we were planning on having a large birthday gathering that afternoon for our several year old nephew. All of us went ahead and had a birthday gathering that day thanks to the window air conditioning unit my partner had borrowed from a friend. Monday was a bit more touchy when we had family over. All of us all had to stay in 1 single room of the house because it was the only room that was cool enough to hang out in. By Monday, I still hadn’t heard anything whatsoever from the Heating and A/C company. I called the Heating and A/C company and politely asked when they were going to show up to fix my air conditioning system. I was told they didn’t have anyone marked down for the maintenance on the air conditioning unit. He said the man I spoke to had thought I was just inquiring about their rates since I didn’t ask for a maintenance call to be scheduled. He was undoubtedly fairly nice about it and he offered to schedule a new maintenance call for the air conditioning unit, right at the moment. He even had someone in our home within several hours.
