Only a couple of weeks ago, I woke up with a start and my beach house was so hot, I could barely breathe in my room.
I diagnosed the thermostat and it was still set at seventy like usual, but I knew it was much hotter than seventy degrees.
I honestly didn’t even look at the thermometer on the thermostat because it was wrong. I called my proprietor and I told him I was having a major problem with the air conditioning. I told him how sizzling it was in the little apartment. He offered to send someone over to look at the air conditioning unit for me. I had to stay home so I could open the large beach house up for the Heating and A/C serviceman to come in. It took him almost 8 additional hours to show and I was actually annoyed. I could have put multiple regular work hours into my job. I had just wasted 8 or more hours looking at some magazines in a sizzling beach house and frustratingly not even able to go anywhere. I Finally, I was getting ready to make myself dinner and someone showed up at my door. I was Beyond surprised to see the handyman resting there. He told myself and others politely he had been sent over to check out the air conditioning unit. He easily inspected the air conditioning plan and he told myself that honestly he couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t actually working. He told myself and others that he felt like everything looked good, so the AC unit should be actually working. He wandered over and tinkered around a little more and then he looked at the thermostat. He reached into his tool bag, pulled out several batteries and replaced the batteries in the old thermostat. The air conditioning unit began actually working again.
