When both of us arrived both of us were truly unpleasantly surprised by the fact that the condo was far from the pictures that both of us had seen. Our online realtor was no help either as they had gone by the same information that both of us had. The people I was with and I decided that the pictures must have been taken at least many years prior. The overall bones of the condo were great however it needed a complete makeover, then the people I was with and I started out by finding a qualified decorator that could handle the cosmetic side of things. The people I was with and I had to report for work just several afternoons after both of us arrived so both of us had to trust that they would do a great job. They found and issue with the plumbing and Heating, Ventilation plus A/C method within the first couple of afternoons. Our new dream home turned out to be a money pit for sure. The new Heating, Ventilation plus A/C method set us back a week’s spend our savings however that will be well worth the investment. The people I was with and I will have the peace of mind that, at the truly least, both of us would be moderate in the Wintertide and cool in the summer. It took about a week however the condo truly started to come together and even though it cost a lot both of us have truly come to love it.
