Last Winter time I decided to visit a friend who lives in Florida.
She plus I have been friends for over twenty years plus the people I was with and I always visit 1 another when the people I was with and I can.
Although this requires paying for airfare plus a hotel, the time that the people I was with and I spend together is well worth it, but unfortunately, the only time that he had free for our visit in northern Florida was in June. I knew that it would be a terrible time to go there, however as it was Winter time when I made the plans, I put the whole timing thing in the back of our head plus forgot about it. Well, the time had arrived, plus I found myself in the deep South in the hottest part of the year. I took the airport shuttle to the hotel, plus after checking in at the front desk, made our way to our room. Thankfully, it was lovelyly air conditioned. I unpacked, called our friend, plus made our plans to meet his at an area cafe. I flagged a taxi, got into the back seat, plus into stifling heat – both inside plus out of the vehicle. The driver apologized over the fact that his was broken as he drove myself and others to our endpoint. I figured that the restaurant would be cool, plus there wasn’t much that could be done about the taxi cab! Once I got dropped off, the heat from the street plus sidewalk hit myself and others hard. I rushed into the restaurant to meet our friend plus was met with another blast of moderate air – the restaurant’s air conditioner was malfunctioning! I was losing our patience – not to mention a ton of bodily fluids – by the minute. At least our friend agreed that the people I was with and I should leave the moderate locale at once to find a cooler locale to eat.
