My property owner is horrible about getting back to myself and others when I call him.
I prefer to know I am not a leaseholder that calls all of the time.
The only time I make that horrible iphone call is when something in my home is really bad. I called the property owner about the roof leaking plus it took the guy months to call a business. It’s his roof, so if the home is ruined, who cares? I then called about the dryer no longer toiling in the laundry room. The guy still has not gotten back to me. I thankfully was able to deduce the repair on my own. My newest 1 is that the air conditioning in my apartment is horrible. The cooling method hardly works. I set my control component as low as it can go, plus I hardly assume the AC. I thought it was a dirty air filter, lack of refrigerant or a blocked condensate drain. I did all I could to deduce plus repair the A/C repair. Nope, I still have inferior AC. I finally called the property owner plus he has still not done anything. I am dying in my apartment with exhausting air conditioning, but eventually larger troubles will stem from this. Without proper AC, moisture will be in the indoor air conditions. The moisture then will allow mold to grow. The mold can damage the walls plus ceilings, but again, it is not my house. The property owner putting off the A/C repair is stupid. The cooling method will also get worse plus worse the more he ignores it. No cooling system repairs itself.
