Heating & Air Conditioning workers find a concealed hallway in house

The only reason the Heating & Air Conditioning worker found it was because there were several feet unaccounted for between the bedroom & the garage.

When the two of us purchased this condo it just had a wall oil furnace & an old window air conditioning unit that was easily older than I am… All of us knew the two of us would have real heating, ventilation, & A/C installed before the two of us even purchase the site. All of us selected an Heating & Air Conditioning unit with a superb BTU rating & hired a reputable Heating & Air Conditioning contractor to install it, the price of the central heating & air was manageable because it came with our mortgage & there was no real giant replacement concerns until recently. Actually, it’s not an actual problem with the replacement that I’m talking about. The problem is what was found while in the replacement. One of the Heating & Air Conditioning workers found a hidden hallway between the garage & the bedroom. This hallway is not accessible by any door in the condo & it’s not on the floor plan. The only reason the Heating & Air Conditioning worker found it was because there were several feet unaccounted for between the bedroom & the garage. Of course the two of us were curious when he brought this to our attention & the two of us asked him to drill into the wall so the two of us could take a look! He put a probe through the wall, the kind they use to look down the HVAC duct, & the two of us could see there was an old rug on the floor, pictures on the wall, a small lamp sit & a lamp. This hidden scene absolutely unnerved me! It was taxing to see the pictures on the wall but there was something proper about them, then now I don’t suppose if the two of us should just move out or if the two of us should knock down the wall & add a few feet of living space to our bedroom. This hidden hallway is easily different as it does not lead to someplace. Or does it?
