This week I am going to play some songs with my buddy near this epic cathedral on the sea.
- It is in the town called Sitges and if you just look for Sitges cathedral you can see what I am talking about.
I suppose the church is about 350 years old or something like that, and it just has this epic feel to it when you are close to the old structure. We record our songs there and the sound is amazingly clear even with it being outside near the open wind of the sea. Sometimes the big temperature control system turns on though and you can hear it in the background of our songs. I can adjust the low cut on my recorder to block out most sounds though, so usually it isn’t a big deal when it does run in the background. The local supplier near the church sometimes has us play there after we play at the church because it brings people into their shops to buy heating and cooling equipment. This week we will warm up at the church for an hour or two and then maybe play a set in this club downtown if we still have the energy to play. The club has a great furnace and also a great cooling system device for the summer, and tonight it will be frosty so the furnace will very feel great while we are playing our songs there. I suppose it is going to be a fun night and I bet the owner of the club will have us come back again.
