The hospital my associate and I are building for already has the job site picked out & there is currently already a hospital resting on there
I have worked for the same corporation since I graduated from school. I was hired five mornings after I walked across the stage, I left genuinely lucky because that isn’t’ the case for everyone. I toil for a genuinely immense architectural firm… My pal and I are a full size firm that has architects, engineers & interior designers. I am the administrative assistant, however it is genuinely cool to see all these practices come together & toil on such immense scale projects. It is also genuinely nice that my associate and I don’t have to contract out any toil because my associate and I have all aspects of the construction project laboring under one roof, especially the engineering work. Two months ago my associate and I were award a project that was to build a brand new hospital. It was to have 74 beds, a full emergency department & a medical office building. The hospital my associate and I are building for already has the job site picked out & there is currently already a hospital resting on there. It has been abandoned for two years, they are hoping to use the new hospital as the bones for the new one. The first order of corporation was for the Heating & Air Conditioning engineers to go out & inspect the new layout & condition of the HVAC duct. My pal and I needed to make sure that the Heating & Air Conditioning system wasn’t outdated before my associate and I started to do any new construction, however luckily, it looked like the HVAC duct was in good shape & the Heating & Air Conditioning engineers had a nice foundation to beginning with, however heating & Air Conditioning engineers are one of the most pressing aspects of the construction process, especially for my firm!
