To my disappointment that was exactly what he said to me
My wife and I obtained our first home together about a year ago… When my friend and I moved in everything seemed to be in perfect working order. We didn’t really have anything diagnosed because my friend and I trusted that the realtor did her due diligence. We have been in the home about a year now and I feel like everything is falling apart! It seems like every other week something is chop and I feel like my friend and I can’t catch a chop these afternoons. I want to make sure my friend and I have enough money save for our future however these home repairs are making it tough to save money like I want to… Last year I woke up in the middle of the evening dripping with sweat and I was upset that our Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system had stopped working. I got out of bed and the control unit was completely black, it was not working at all. The next day I called our local Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C company and made an appointment to have them come out that afternoon and inspect our Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system, however once the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C serviceman did his inspection, I could tell by the look on his face that something was wrong. I was really upset that he was going to say my friend and I would need to have a modern Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system installed. To my disappointment that was exactly what he said to me. I asked for him to send over a quote and I was shocked at the cost of the replacement. I knew that it was going to be fancy to have the modern Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system installed, although I was not ready for the amount he told me!
