Grandma lives in an amazing part of the state.
When he was young & newly married, Grandpa inherited this condo from his Mom, & they decided to settle in the area.
At this time, folks were starting to focus on organic farming, so they took this chance to set themselves up as an organic farm. They grew organic food crops, & raised their critters ethically. Then, they’d sell their produce at the local farmers markets. Well, this has been the corporation model for the farm to date, & even with my Grandpa gone, Grandma keeps things going. She has a staff of 3 people who have been with the farm for a decade. I also head there whenever possible, especially while in harvest time to help Grandma. The last time I was there, I noticed he was having complications with his breathing in the house, and grandma rarely falls ill & is built like an ox, so when I saw his feeling under the weather, I knew something was off. At the hospital the healthcare expert advised us to check out the indoor air quality at the farm house. He mentioned my buddy and I had to make sure the air filter wasn’t jammed, & also do Heating & Air Conditioning maintenance. Grandma admitted it had been sometime since the last time he had an Heating & Air Conditioning professional take a look at the Heating & Air Conditioning system at the house. So, the first thing I did was contact the local Heating & Air Conditioning dealer. I booked with them & they sent an Heating & Air Conditioning professional to the property early the next morning. The guy explained my buddy and I had to upgrade the air filter & a few parts. His suggestion was my buddy and I go with a HEPA filter which was much better & would improve the indoor air quality sizablely.
