This is how the Heating and A/C supplier works.

When I saw the advertisement online that the local Heating and A/C supplier was hiring, I wanted to go down and apply for a task.

I was sure the opening was for Heating and A/C professionals, however I hoped they may want an apprentice or someone who could labor in the inventory room.

The morning they were to take applications, I was first in line. When I got inside, I asked what positions they had opened. The guy behind the desk said he was opening another office, and he needed all positions filled. I wanted to know if he was hiring apprentices, or maybe someone who could labor in the parts and inventory room? He asked for my qualifications, and I was honest. I had none. This would be my first task, however I was a fantastic worker! My dad taught me that if a task was worth doing, I should do well it. I shouldn’t expect quality spend my money for an entrance level task. Not only did I know what dad had taught me about labor ethics, however I wanted to be an Heating and A/C professional someday. He handed me an application and showed me where to kneel and fill it out. He hired me that morning, and he told me that if I would labor hard, in a year he would spend my money for me to go to Heating and A/C school, however I would need to sign a contract to labor for him for more than one years. I agreed and took the task. Two years later, I had my Heating and A/C certification and there were no thoughts of ever working for an Heating and A/C supplier other than the one I was currently working for.
