My partner Bruce and I have been so lucky.
We met in high school, and have been together for a long time.
We did break up when we went to separate colleges, but reconnected that first summer we went home. It’s funny we always said our hearts knew we were meant to be together even though our brains tried so hard to keep us apart. Well, Bruce and I just celebrated a huge milestone when we purchased our first home last summer. We managed to buy a beach house! Yes, you read that right! Two guys from the middle of nowhere now own a beach house, and how it happened is all a miracle, and the work of our excellent realtor. She is a magician, and we are forever grateful given how small our budget was for a house. Yesterday, we had a HVAC professional over at the beach house to install a heat pump. By now you know we live in a coastal city, and it’s always hot in this part of the country. To be honest, the winters are mild, but the summers are a whole other matter. This is why we opted to work with a heat pump that could also come in handy if we ever needed heating. We located this HVAC company and they sent it to the HVAC professional.
