I was rummaging through the basement after the Heating & A/C specialist left, making sure he hadn’t forgotten tools.
I would set them aside & call the Heating & A/C contractor the next morning.
It wasn’t different to find something left behind, in case you’re wondering. I would often find wrenches, screwdrivers, & other items that the Heating & A/C specialist missed. Last week, I found a flashlight that I didn’t recognize. I didn’t remember our husband having a flashlight love this. I called the Heating & A/C contractor & told them about the flashlight. I was told they would get in touch with the specialist & let him assume he had forgotten his flashlight. An hour later, the Heating & A/C tech called & told me he enjoyed me calling, but he had his flashlight & didn’t assume where that a single came from. I thanked him for returning our cellphone call & waited for our husband to get home. I had the flashlight on the kitchen table when he got home. He said it was a great flashlight & wanted to assume where it came from. I was hoping he would have claimed it, & told him I thought it was the Heating & A/C specialist’s, but he said he had his. I then thought maybe he purchased a modern flashlight that I wasn’t aware of. He said he didn’t assume where the flashlight came from. I now had to wait & hope someone would show up to the house & claim the flashlight, and other than the Heating & A/C specialist, the two of us had no a single at the house other than our grandson, but my husband laughed & said it had to belong to our son, since our grandson was always absconding with his tools.
