I crossed state lines to get the furnace I wanted.

I went ahead and paid for the furnace and waited.

I knew exactly which heating system I wanted in my home. I had been doing research for at least a year, and I finally found a furnace that had high efficiency in heating and energy use. It wasn’t a name brand furnace, and it wasn’t made in the US, but it was perfect. I talked to the HVAC company and asked if they could get the furnace for me, but they couldn’t. The woman at the HVAC company told me the furnace wasn’t available in our area, and it would be impossible to afford the shipping to get it for me. I didn’t believe what he was saying, and I told him so. I wanted that furnace and I was going to get it, even if I had to cross state lines and get the furnace for myself. He told me to go ahead, but he could almost guarantee the furnace would not be available. The only way to get that particular furnace was to order it from overseas and have it drop shipped to my home. That seemed like something I should do, so I went online and looked the furnace up. The cost of drop shipping was really high, but I would have what I wanted. I put in the order and almost fainted when I saw the bottom line. I went ahead and paid for the furnace and waited. Six weeks later, I still hadn’t received notice of its shipping. I called the manufacturing company, but no one spoke English. I tried to contact the seller, but I got no satisfaction. I spent nearly double the price for this furnace, and it looked like I wasn’t going to receive it.
