Eight More to go With Articles Then I Jump in the Gulf of Mexico Water

I keep my central heating system on at home when I go do my dips so when I come home I am warmed up quickly

I am attempting to write for another hour or so nonstop and get all of my work done for the day and then I am going to jump in the gulf here at mom’s beach to see how cold it feels. The water overseas is for sure colder than here but I am sure this water is no bath by any means. I just looked online and it says that it is 72F, which is 10 degrees warmer than the water overseas where I live on the Spanish coast by the BCN town there. I work at a heating dealer in town and usually take a cold sea dip each morning to wake up, and I am going to do the same here but it won’t be as much of a wake up call as overseas. The sea temp over there actually gets down to about 52F in early March, and that is cold enough to really jolt you back into reality quickly. I have a good heating device over there to warm me up after my cold sea dips, which involves a hot shower followed by sitting next to a radiant heater for a while. I usually stay in the water for about 15 minutes, which seems to be a good amount of time to wake me up and also help heal my hurting joints. I keep my central heating system on at home when I go do my dips so when I come home I am warmed up quickly. The hot bath expedites the process and helps to stop the chill I feel.
