Time to Crawl in Daughter's Attic to Repair Some Ductwork Issues

I am going to have to crawl in mom’s attic to work on some HVAC duct later this evening when things get a bit cooler outside.

I guess that either the rats got in and chewed it all up or it just fell apart from the heat.

Either way, I am going to go up there once I recognize ready for it and try to get the job done. I am a certified Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business and have been working on HVAC duct for many years now, so this job should be straight-forward and done in no time. It is summer time now and it is honestly hot out, so doing this maintenance job is going to have to be done in the middle of the night or I may die of heat stroke up there. I am not sure what the temperature gets up to in the attic here but I bet it is somewhere around the 140F range, then i guess a lot of the air conditioner’s frosty air is going up there when he runs the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system to cool down the house. But it doesn’t honestly cool it down there because the crawl space doesn’t have any vents in it and just gets way too hot. The cool air from the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system may come out some up there but it isn’t enough to honestly cool it down at all. I will go up there in a couple of hours with my flashlight and BB gun in case there are any rats that need to be removed. Wish myself and others luck on this a single!
