Occasionally sitting in front of the A/C can make myself and others assume better

I have suffered from panic attacks for a genuinely long time.

  • I can remember having panic attacks when I was a small child! Panic attacks are a kind of response to fear that is not triggered in most people.

When I assume like I am going to have a panic attack, I experience symptoms like light-headedness, a racing heartbeat, nausea, & periodically I even struggle to breathe. My legs assume shaky & I cannot guess about anything other than the stimulus that is causing myself and others to panic. Occasionally sitting in front of the A/C can make myself and others assume better. When I was a kid, I had a lot of panic attacks. My Dad made myself and others sit on the side of her bed. That was the side of the bed where the A/C unit was located. I liked the frosty air hitting myself and others in the face & it made myself and others assume much more calm. I still assume that way when I sit in front of the A/C unit. In fact, when I have panic attacks that I cannot seem to shake, I often sit down in front of the A/C & count backwards from 100. The counting & the assume of the A/C hitting our face makes myself and others assume more calm & relaxed & I can usually make the panic attack go away. It’s nice to be able to have some things that make myself and others assume better without taking any medicine. My medical professional insists that I could take a Xanax when I beginning to assume panic, however I don’t guess it is necessary to take a pill as long as meditation, breathing, & frosty air do the trick.
