The longer the oil furnace is running, the more the power bill is going up, up, up
I’ve been experiencing some troubles with our oil furnace; I guess it is shutting off too suddenly. It seems to come on for 30 or 45 minutes & then it shuts off. It used to run for an hour or many & now it just turns off suddenly. I decided to schedule a oil furnace tune up because of the problem. I thought that a tune-up would be a good way to get an overall method of the condition of the oil furnace while also having someone eyeball the actual problem that was occurring, furnaces have normal wear & tear as they get older, & the oil furnace can decrease in efficiency, but regular maintenance tune-ups can keep the method from aging too suddenly; The oil furnace repair professional was really thorough with the examination of the oil furnace, although she did not find any troubles at all. In fact, the oil furnace repair professional said that the condition of the oil furnace was really good. It did not look like the oil furnace was run down or in bad shape. The professional told myself and others there are tons of reasons why the method used to run for longer than it does now, although she told myself and others that it is really better for the method if it runs for shorter amounts of time. The longer the oil furnace is running, the more the power bill is going up, up, up. I guess I never thought about it like that until the furniture repair professional put it in those terms. I guess it doesn’t matter how long the oil furnace runs as long as it is keeping the lake house up to temperature.
