I just got a nice quality HVAC system installed in my flat and it is amazing how well and how fast it cools down the whole place. It was 84F here when I first turned on the AC and it took about 30 minutes to get the temperature down to a cool and comfortable 76F with a humidity level of 50%. I can’t wait for winter to see how well it works in the cold weather. I bet it will heat the house just as fast as it cools it in the summer. Today is Saturday and it is July 2nd and the beaches are packed. I think we are going to play ball later on the beach as I am setting up my net and getting a group together to play. We have three people so far and need just one more. My new HVAC system makes it nice to come home now, especially when the weather is as hot as it is right now. Danny is an HVAC supplier that I met a while back while buying some parts for an HVAC system that I was repairing. He told me he played guitar and I told him I played some drums, so we decided to form a little band and have some fun on the streets. He actually helped me get my zoned heating and cooling system for my flat, which is great because it’s going to save me lots of money.
