I know I talk a lot about beach volleyball and music and cryptos, but I pretty much have no life besides that and it is all that I seem to think about.
I do like talking about the latest HVAC equipment and technology though because I am a mechanical engineer and I like to see the new updates and designs they come out with each year.
I used to be in the HVAC field when I was an engineer but I left it over 23 years ago when I was 32 years old. I worked in “The Valley” in Cali and was making a lot of money for a 20 something year old but just didn’t like the corporate work environment, so I stayed in the field for seven years till I found a way out. I actually started my own painting company after the engineering job just so that I could earn money and not be in an office. I did that for ten years and then started working for an HVAC company doing menial tasks like programming smart thermostats for customers and cleaning HVAC equipment. I work about 15 hours a week now and live a very simple and easy life, focusing my energy now on playing ball on the beach and playing music in the streets. The older I get the more I just want to play. I still like working for the local business with the HVAC technology but I would rather spend more of my time doing the things that make me happy and bring me joy.
