Now, here he was, getting in our face about his failed cooling plan as he scoffed about the “lifetime warranty” we offered. I spent all afternoon there without receiving a dime for our professional Heating, Ventilation plus A/C services. I never wanted to be a heating and cooling serviceman, and I never could have dreamed of life becoming this awful.
