I was thinking about this, and I think that banks should have a heating and air conditioning loan available.
They business loans, house loans, personal home improvement loans and all other kinds of loans.
But they do not have a heating and air conditioning loan! This type of loan would be for those who can not afford to get a brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system and really needs one. For instance if your central heat and a/c unit breaks down beyond repair and it is right at the time of year when the weather is extreme. Could be too hot or too cold out to not have central heating and air conditioning. The bank would be there to make a loan to you in order to get the thousands of dollars needed to invest in a brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system unit. Some heat and a/c companies have HVAC payment plans which is more or less the same thing. But not everywhere has this. This is where a bank loan for heating and air conditioning systems would come in handy. I seriously doubt this would ever happen, but still the idea should be put out there for someone to maybe read it and take it to those in power to possibly consider it. It would be the best thing if it actually happened. All we can do is maybe hope that someday it could happen. You never know the way things are always changing in the world.
