The man, Richard, is great about finding good businesses in the area. He gave me a list of the cheapest gas stations in a 20 mile radius one day and I was incredibly thankful for that. Recently he gave me a recommendation for a heating service company that he had discovered after working with a handful of other heating companies in this city. They offer great rates on maintenance contracts and don’t ever try to pressure you into getting work done on your furnace that isn’t absolutely necessary. Compared to some of the other heating service companies I’ve dealt with, their prices are competitive across the board.
