I’m always happy when things are simpler. A buddy called a couple of weeks ago because he was having issues with the heating, ventilation and AC unit. The guy didn’t know the first thing about where to start and he called me because of the expertise that I have with heating, ventilation and air conditioner machines. Jack told me exactly what problems were happening. It seemed like the heating, ventilation and AC unit was not properly cooling any of the house. It was also shutting off before it reached temperature and made some noises. I was really honest and up front. I told the guy I had no plan what the issue could be. Without actually viewing the job or the contents of the house I would have to give the guy a higher estimate over the phone or come out there one day to give him an exact estimate. My buddy agreed that all of us would meet the next weekend. We were stressed about all of the issues. One of the biggest issues was the heating, ventilation and AC concerns. I would have troubleshooted the heating and AC concerns on my own, but I didn’t know anything about the machine inside of the closet. The only way I knew that I could figure out what was going on was to contact one of my friends. My friend agreed to help me out and the two of us met later that day at my apartment.
