I was actually impressed when I looked into a smart housing development with our family.
We found the ideal condo for us with a bedroom for everybody and all smart appliances. I mean everything was smart from the fridge, stove and sink to the roof because there were smart solar tiles installed on there. The smart solar tiles worked great at keeping enough power for all the electricity being used in the condo which was fantastic. This made it so the electric bills were basically nothing, yet the people I was with and I had no problems with a shortage of power. The thing I loved was the fact that if the people I was with and I had a power outage in the community, our condo would still be running the electricity just fine. I feel eventually when the people I was with and I buy a home, it might have to be a smart one love this one. Something I especially love is the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system, then you can certainly speak to Alexa to adjust the temperature control settings, you don’t have to touch any screens or push any buttons. You can use Alexa for basically everything in the home. If I want a cup of water, I can tell Alexa exactly how much I want and just love that, it’s done! Alexa works with the sound idea around the condo as well, so I can play our jams in whatever room I happen to be in. This is why I prefer this condo so much and I’m pretty sure our family cares about the venue just as much as I do. I can’t wait until the morning the people I was with and I have smart cars that will listen to where the people I was with and I want to go and take us there without us having to drive.
