My partner stormed out on me last night during an argument, and I had no idea when and if they were coming back. It was late at night, and even they knew better than to take our son with them at such a time. When morning came, I took my son with me to work since it was not a school day. I talked about all the things to look out for when choosing cooling equipment; I even ratted out many cooling products that used the latest cooling technology, but I realized I had lost him mentally. There is so much a ten-year-old can understand. All the talking also calmed my nerves because I had a lot of air conditioning repairs to do that day. I also had a complete air conditioning tune-up and a thermostat installation before noon, all while taking care of Kai. A few air conditioning experts offered to take him out for ice cream on his way back from an air conditioning filter replacement. I could go to the shoe factory for the heat pump care routine. On days like those, I wished homeowners knew more about air conditioning, and then I wouldn’t have to run around as much, but then again, an a/c rep would run out of work.
