When they finished removing the old ac, the a/c rep told me that the old air conditioning filter was already damaged and had caused irreparable damage, and it was a good thing I was getting a new ac. I was also fortunate to get an end-of-year service deal where they upgraded the thermostat to a smart thermostat that was Wi-Fi enabled. They gave me an annual service plan and schedule for the next five years. I could now enjoy great indoor comfort and air quality. The hot and stuffy summers would be a thing of the past.
