I’m pretty disappointed in the air purifier to be honest. I read so many good reviews on it online, and thought for sure that it would be a good investment, and an expensive one at that. However, I only had the whole home media air cleaner running for one day, when it decided to stop working. I don’t even know why it stopped working, one minute it was working fine and the next minute it just wasn’t. I even had a heating and A/C professional from the business I bought it from examine it, and he told me it was no good. Overall, I am just pretty disappointed. However, the HVAC dealer that sold me the whole home media air purifier was really nice, they apologized for the issue and sent me another brand new air cleaner out, as well as gave me a discount on my next purchase at their A/C company, which was nice. I am hopeful of the next air cleaner, but I can’t help but to be skeptical at the same time. I don’t know though, we will see how it turns out when it arrives. I am hoping I just got a dud the first time around, because some many other people have left really good reviews, and they haven’t had issues. I know even the best of products have their bad apples, but all I know is that I don’t want to have bad air quality any longer, and if this one doesn’t work, I will find one that will.
