Ductless Heating and A/C to the rescue

It was the first lake house of what was to be a string of rental property and I was going to miss our first deadline if I wasn’t careful. I’m recently retired from a life spent inside the zone controlled Heating and A/C of a downtown office. It was a career I had a passion for or at least our brain related to what I did really well. I was great at it and I was grateful to get paid well and sit inside a zone controlled office. But when I took early retirement, I did it because I really wanted to try our hand at rental properties. My wife and I both were interested in buying properties, improving them and renting them. It wasn’t going to be a flip thing. The many of us really wanted to try being landlords. Strange passion maybe however the two of us hoped the two of us could cultivate a level of tenants who would care for the arena if the rent was really reasonable. The first lake house went pretty well. It was pretty straightforward what had to be done. Or so the two of us thought. Turns out that the two of us were cutting it really close with having the first tenant moving in just days after the Heating and A/C equipment. But the two of us ran into a problem when the Heating and A/C supplier found the air duct to be not up to code. That was a problem both time and budget wise. Thankfully, the Heating and A/C supplier was able to shift gears to a ductless multi cut system. It worked out really well and the two of us had the whole residential Heating and A/C project complete with a whole morning to spare!
