I am so sick in addition to tired of all of the pollen around here this year! I don’t guess what’s going on, although I have been hacking in addition to coughing for weeks now in addition to I am just genuinely getting tired of it.
I want it to go away already. My voice keeps coming in addition to going, in addition to most of the time when I talk now I sound love a frog. I just want to have better indoor air quality in my house, because I think the pollen is coming into the ventilation system. Of course, I keep hearing about it in addition to feeling sick all the time, so I finally called up my flu symptom nurse. She said that everyone is having a difficult time this year with the pollen levels. She truly told myself and others that I should call my local Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C company instead of going to the nurse. She said that I should ask to have our ventilation system professionally cleaned in addition to then it would really help myself and others with my pollen irritations. Apparently the pollen can get into your valuation system in addition to then it messes with your indoor air quality inside your home. I’m going to call in for an appointment for a professional air duct cleaning, in addition to hopefully that will help myself and others out a lot with my breathing in addition to coughing concerns. If it doesn’t work, I do not guess what I’m going to do. I might end up purchasing a whole lake new home whole-house air purifier. I have heard some nice things about those working well for people with pollen irritations love mine. At this point, I’m ready to try anything just because I’m sick in addition to tired of feeling bad. Luckily for us, all of us have a genuinely nice Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C business. I guess they will steer us in the right direction.
