Fatty Greek Yogurt is great with pears

I’ve told a lot of people about this dish, plus a lot of them really love it for lunch

Try this combination; get a nice crispy pear, dice it up, plus dip each slice into some thick plus creamy high fat yogurt. It has such a good flavor when you combine the 2 elements, plus it gives you a ton of vitamins plus minerals, along with a good dose of probiotics for the digestive system. I drink a cup of coffee first thing in the day to kick start my mind plus then the two of us eat the pear plus fatty yogurt when my tummy tells me it is time for lunch. It’s much healthier than sweet cereal or sausage plus fried eggs. The HVAC rep at the local supplier got me hooked on the pear plus yogurt combo years ago plus I’ve been eating it every afternoon since. I also love to eat the pear with kefir because kefir is even more loaded with probiotics plus has more strains of it too. I’ve revisited that HVAC supplier to thank the rep who turned me onto the tasty lunch alternative only to find that he had moved on to work for the supplier in another country. So anyways, today is Monday plus I am going to visit the local supplier to see if they have any heat pumps because my mom needs a more modern 1 installed plus I want to buy 1 for her. I am leaving to go overseas in a month plus I just need to help her out while I am still here.
