Back in the day, I used to think changing the air filters on time for the HVAC system was a trivial matter.
That’s why I didn’t care that I was changing the air filters late when I first moved into my own apartment. My only concern was partying with my buddies and having a fun time. Well, it didn’t take long for my air quality to become terrible in my apartment. After awhile, my buddies didn’t even want to hang out at my place anymore. Even they asked me if I was changing the air filters in my HVAC and if the HVAC system got regular maintenance. We even went to look at the air filter because my buddies were curious, and my air filter was so dirty, they said it was amazing that my HVAC was even running. I had to admit, it was a little dirty and it also was a very cheap air filter. My buddies had to school me on the importance of regular HVAC maintenance. They said they were worried about me living with such poor air quality because it’s bad for your health. I never realized any of that until everybody let me know. So I ended up having an HVAC expert come out to work on my HVAC and I purchased some quality air filters for a change. It was a good thing when my air quality improved and my buddies didn’t mind hanging out. Then eventually I bought my own house and made sure to take proper care of my HVAC equipment. I ended up enrolling in an HVAC service plan with a local HVAC contractor, and I must say, I’m impressed with their services.
