The guy the people I was with and I spoke to at the Heating plus A/C corporation was quite patient plus took time to explain unusual units. The two of us narrowed down our choices to an air conditioning plus a heat pump. Each has their pros plus cons, but at last the people I was with and I chose to work with a heat pump instead of an air conditioning. Though the heat pump was pricier, it was better for keeping the condo comfortable. The two of us could use the heat pump in summer time to cool the condo plus in Winter time to heat it. In addition, it was an energy efficient component that would keep our energy bills low.
