My father told myself and others about this old house that was going up for auction for nonpayment of taxes.
I knew of the house because I went to school with the girl that lived there.
It was right next to the old junkyard. The only thing in the junkyard were old HVAC parts. I knew it was a lot of trash plus I had always liked the house. I asked our father to go to the courthouse with myself and others so I could look into what I had to do to buy the house. They told myself and others that I needed a current HVAC proposal in the house, plus a current roof. I had to pay court fees, the amount of taxes due, plus an unpaid bill for paving the driveway, plus the house was mine. Everything cost less than $5000 plus I was the owner of a house. The house was so pretty, however I knew I needed a roof. I couldn’t know they took such good care of the inside, however not the roof. While the roof was being replaced, every one of us called the HVAC corporation. When they came out to measure for the oil furnace plus air conditioning unit, I told them I wanted an air cleaner. I also called the village about the property with the HVAC parts. That’s when they informed myself and others that it was area of the property I had just bought. I may have been able to build an HVAC proposal out of the parts that were in our backyard if I had known what I was doing. I called the HVAC contractor to see if someone could provide myself and others an estimate of what it would be worth as parts or as reuse. I just wanted our property cleared.
