I had been in the apprentice program at the local company for many weeks now & both of us were almost doing our final exams before being certified Heating & Air Conditioning servicemans. Becoming an Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman was my ultimate dream & I had to come up with a strategy to master the processes concerning heat & A/C products. I decided to request my director a pick to accompany them on unusual work orders & attempt to do the jobs on my own.
