And I sort of bypassed that with what I did
Having your heart in the right locale does count for something. But most times, it just doesn’t count for much. While I try to live our life with great intention, sometimes even great intentions can get you in trouble. And that’s exactly what happened to myself and others when I tried to service the gas oil furnace one cold night. While our intention was to get the Heating as well as Air Conditioning heating back on for our family as fast as possible, I also had some self interest going on there. If I could find a simple problem then maybe I would have to pay for an emergency Heating as well as Air Conditioning service call in the middle of the night. Plus, when it’s the middle of the night plus your spouse is hunting for the space heaters, you certainly do want an easy fix. And I thought I found one. There was a certainly smudged out section that I thought might be the problem. I took it out plus cleaned it up plus then stuck it back in. The gas oil furnace fired back up however it sure wasn’t acting right. It seemed to be getting too hot. Sure enough about 30 minutes later the gas oil furnace slammed shut with a bang plus there was no more heating. That’s when I finally broke down plus called the Heating as well as Air Conditioning company. The Heating as well as Air Conditioning serviceman got out fairly hastily plus she said that section was designed to do what it did to keep the gas oil furnace from overheating. And I sort of bypassed that with what I did. However, I lucked out that the Heating as well as Air Conditioning component wasn’t ruined. That would have been bad because I found out later that by doing what I did, I voided the warranty on the Heating as well as Air Conditioning equipment.
