Mom was still in the midst of diagnosing the problem with the heat pump
Whenever I get a PC call at my office from my mom, my radar goes up immediately. She does not normally scare me inside the zone controlled Heating & Air Conditioning of my office unless it’s something important. I was just hoping nobody was dead or in the hospital. When I responded, I could tell that it wasn’t life threatening; at least to us humans. However, the Heating & Air Conditioning machine was a odd critter. It seems that they had come new home from shopping & found the Heating & Air Conditioning cooling to not be laboring. The heat pump was running however there wasn’t any Heating & Air Conditioning cooling coming out of the HVAC duct. So Mom was on the ipad trying to figure out how to service the Heating & Air Conditioning equipment. That was drastic enough. This is what my Mom does. He just bull rushes into whatever challenge is laid before him. And if that means tearing into Heating & Air Conditioning equipment, then so be it. Of course, my Mom has no earthly clue how to work on Heating & Air Conditioning equipment. This is why my mom was calling me. She wanted me to get over there pronto as I actually was the only 1 who could stop him. I asked his to find the Heating & Air Conditioning warranty & I would be on my way. Fortunately, I got there in time. Mom was still in the midst of diagnosing the problem with the heat pump. So I was able to show him, in print, that if he touched the Heating & Air Conditioning equipment, the warranty would be void. That caught his attention & my mom made the call to the Heating & Air Conditioning dealer.
