I’m easily blessed just to live in such a nice home. Every one of us have plenty of space & an entirely awesome dining room with a stellar deck going out of it. And every one of us have the latest in residential Heating & Air Conditioning as well. This new home is perhaps the most comfortable when it comes to heating & cooling that I’ve ever had the satisfaction to own. Every one of us didn’t hold back on the Heating & Air Conditioning technology either. Every one of us have zone controlled Heating & Air Conditioning. This offers us numerous independent control machine throughout the house. That means every one of us can customize the heating & cooling to reduce our use. Or if I’m too warm, I can always cool down in my office with more Heating & Air Conditioning cooling than the rest of the house. Actually, we’ve come to actually rely & lean on the zone controlled Heating & Air Conditioning. So when 1 of the control units wasn’t operating the HVAC duct properly, I thought about having a look. I’m a mechanical engineer by trade & so I thought that perhaps I could service something blatant. But before I could even reach for my tools, I thought better of it. While I might have some basic understanding of the mechanics involved in zone controlled Heating & Air Conditioning, I’m no expert. So I stopped dead in my tracks & turned around to get my PC. This was a task for a certified, licensed Heating & Air Conditioning professional not a homeowner. The Heating & Air Conditioning contractor came right out & was able to remove & replace a faulty damper. There was no charge as it was under warranty.
